Privacy Policy.

We, Falcon Claw Tools LLC. do not sell or share cookies, shipping information, contact information, or any other customer data with anyone. Unless the government folks force us to share data & information for customs forms, tax documents, and other official non-marketing purposes.

Email's are not sold to or shared with anyone except for the reasons stated above.

 

We reserve the right to refuse service.

Refunds and orders may be canceled due to the following:

- Suspicious Activity, Payment Cancellations, Excessive Cancellations, Unreasonable Requests, Payment Disputes, Spam, Return Abuse, and Out of Stock.

 

Return Policy

*30 Day Free Returns.

30 Day free returns applies storewide except:

- Any item discounted 30% or more (Based on recorded base listing price). Items priced less than $5.50. Partial order returns. These returns/refunds are subject to: Buyer pays return shipping, 20% Restocking Fees, 

- Items returned in a different condition than they were sent in are subject to restocking fees 20% of sold price. Damage item fees 20% -100% of sold price. Missing item fees of 100% of sold price. If we ship out a faulty non-functioning item, we will give 100% of your money back, but the item must be returned to us.

- We will inspect all returns and issue a refund within 2 business days of us receiving the item, unless anything stated above applies.

- Customer seeking a refund for their return have 30 days from the purchase date of the item to ship the item back to us. After 30 days, refunds may be given and are subject to restocking fees and the buyer pays return shipping. Returns claims that are opened, and the customer does not ship us back the item will not receive any refund.

- Return cases in which the customer states they ordered the wrong size, may be subject to "Buyer pays return shipping." 

- Items lost by the Shipping Carrier will be 100% refunded within 7 Business days of the tracking number link indicating the item has not moved for 7 business days,  "arriving late" for 7 business days, "In transit" for 14 Business days, or any other reason the item was not delivered indicated by the tracking number within 7 business days. In the case the item lost in shipping, we will file an insurance claim on the customer's behalf, but the refund will be issued as soon as 7 business days have passed by without shipment progress.

- Items marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are no longer our responsablility. If the item was marked delivered, but it was not delivered, let us know and there is a chance that the item may be delivered the next day, or the carrier held onto the package. If the item is claimed to be not delivered when the tracking number indicates delivered, no refund will be issued. In the case that the item was shipped to the wrong address because the customer provided an incorrect shipping address, the shipping costs of sending the package to the first address and second address will be invoiced to the customer. If the customer does not agree to pay the invoice for the first shipping label, then the cost amount for the shipping label will be deducted from the refunded amount. If the customer still wishes to purchase the item, they need to update their address before we will send them the item. 

Warranties.

Warranties depend on the brand of the item & their policies.

As our business grows, more details about warranties will be added.

All Items Marked "Delivered" by their tracking number are no longer our responsibility. We are not responsable for misuse, abuse, or whatever you all do with the item. You are responsable for your safety. 

Incorrectly installed parts are not our problem. Figure out how to install the part properly before buying it.

Remember: "Small Parts are a Choking Hazard to Children under 3 years old"

 

Email Subscriptions.

By signing up for our email subscriptions you are subject to receiving promotional announcements, coupons, and exclusive deals only given to those on our email subscription list. We won't share your email with anyone ever.
